众所周知软管泵在运行时，是通过一根U型附有弹性的橡胶软管来完成输送。今天小编需要强调的是，软管存放时间不宜过长，一般以一年为限。在停工期间，对装有软管的泵，若长期不用，每隔一个月需转动泵一次。以免压辊长时间压在泵管的某一处，减弱管子回弹性，影响其流量的输送。

（1）侧导辊每隔24小时用油枪从注油咀注油（高温锂基脂GB5671—91）一次，注油时注意侧导辊的松紧情况，若发现过松，用尖咀钳将其旋紧，使侧导辊处于良好的润滑状态，如发现侧导辊有异常声音，经调整松紧，仍不能，应考虑侧导辊内铜套是否磨损，将其拆下换铜套。
（2）压辊每隔三个月拆下来保养一次，给内腔和轴承加高温锂基脂（GB5671—91）。
（3）转子轴承每隔三个月加高温锂基脂（GB5671—91）一次。
（4）新的减速机在运行一段时间后，将油箱内的机油放掉，重新加30＃机油。
